ISODC Information Exchange is an annual gathering of Organization Development and Change professionals, academics, and students from around the world. It is an opportunity to LEARN, SHARE, and EXPLORE new thinking, research, and experience what the future holds. The May 13-15, 2020 Future World of Work conference will be conducted virtually as a response to bring together and create an OD&C community.
Paper Submissions
Whether you’re interested in receiving our Innovative Idea Award or earning a place in one of our Best Student Presentation Awards honor roll, we encourage seasoned OD professionals and OD students to submit their papers for consideration! Paper presentations are limited to 20 minutes in length and are a great way to share ideas, gain feedback, and strengthen expertise. Find out details on the easy submission process on our website. Workshop Submissions
Would you love to give a 90-minute workshop that teaches a unique skill? As we manage the Future World of Work, think about what you can give to your colleagues to explore predictions and possibilities about the future and how to start managing them from the present. This is a great opportunity to dialogue with global colleagues while showcasing your skills and expertise.
